MEP Engineer (The Ellinikon Mall)

Job Summary
Monitor and coordinate MEP construction works for The Ellinikon Mall, supervising site supervisors, subcontractors, and materials procurement while ensuring compliance with quality, health, and safety standards. Conduct daily inspections, manage cost tracking, and prepare weekly reports for the Project Director, resolving technical issues and verifying subcontractor invoices. Maintain project logs and coordinate with external services to keep the schedule on track. Requires a degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering, 3-5 years of site experience, and strong AutoCAD skills. Required Qualifications
- Πτυχίο Τ.Ε.Ι. / Α.Ε.Ι Μηχανολόγου ή Ηλεκτρολόγου Μηχανικού
- 3-5 έτη εργασιακής εμπειρίας σε εργοτάξιο
- Εμπειρία σε επίβλεψη και συντονισμό εργασιών εργοταξίου κτιριακών έργων
- Πολύ καλή γνώση Αγγλικών (προφορικά και γραπτά)
- Πολύ καλή γνώση εφαρμογών MS Office
- Πολύ καλή γνώση Auto Cad
- Οργανωτικές δεξιότητες και μεθοδικότητα
- Εργατικότητα, συνέπεια, προσαρμοστικότητα
- Προθυμία για συνεχή ανάπτυξη & βελτίωση
