Job Summary
Lead MEP design development, assess constructability, and secure legal and statutory approvals for high-rise residential, commercial, and villa projects. Coordinate with all service design disciplines, manage contractor shop drawings, and oversee installation, testing, and commissioning of electrical, HVAC, plumbing, and firefighting systems. Ensure vendor selection aligns with procurement processes and manage handovers including manuals, test certificates, and as-built drawings. Execute work per drawings and specifications while initiating team training for contractor takeovers. Requires B.E. in Electrical/Mechanical with 8 to 10 years of experience in warehouse or industrial projects. Required Qualifications
- B.E BE Electrical/Mech
- 8 to 10 years of experience particularly in warehouse / industrial projects
- Technical awareness of civil, electro-mechanical, and architectural works
- Excellent organizational and motivational skills
- Outstanding attention to detail and observation ability
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal abilities
