Job Summary
Senior Real Estate Consultant in the MEP field responsible for participating in the purchase/sale review of existing properties and project developments (MEP sub-area) as part of Technical Due Diligence, including document review, property inspection, and technical assessment; develop feasibility studies in an interdisciplinary team; conduct condition assessments of MEP trades (heating, ventilation, sanitation, A/C/refrigeration, elevator tech, electrical, BMS/BAS, fire protection); contribute to internal quality control and project monitoring; requires a university degree in building services engineering or related field, 2-3 years in PM/planning within MEP/technical property management, ability to assess construction and refurbishment costs, strong knowledge of MEP trades, willingness to travel within Austria, and fluency in German and English; proficiency in Microsoft Office; salary referenced as €53,487 gross per year with potential overpayment based on experience; the role is based in Vienna with in-person work arrangement.
Required Qualifications
- University degree in building services engineering, facility management, or comparable qualification
- minimum 2-3 years of professional experience in project management or planning in the MEP field, technical assessment, or technical property / asset management
- Fluent German and English skills both written and spoken
- Excellent command of Pack Office: Word, Excel, PowerPoint
