Job Summary
Conduct purchase and sale reviews of existing properties and project developments, performing document reviews, property inspections, and technical assessments including cost estimation and building regulation analysis. Evaluate condition assessments for trades such as heating, ventilation, sanitation, air conditioning, elevators, electrical systems, BMS/BAS, and fire protection. Participate in internal quality control for costs and reports while monitoring new and existing buildings. Develop feasibility studies within an interdisciplinary team. Requires a university degree in building services engineering, 2-3 years of professional experience in MEP project management or planning, and fluent German and English skills. Salary is €53,487 gross per year with potential overpayment based on expertise.
Required Qualifications
- University degree in building services engineering, facility management, or a comparable qualification
- Completed technical vocational training
- Several years of professional experience in the field of technical property management
- Minimum 2-3 years of professional experience in project management or planning in the MEP field
- Experience in technical assessment
- Experience in technical property / asset management
- Confidence in assessing construction and refurbishment costs
- Confidence in condition assessments
- In-depth knowledge in a MEP trade
- Interdisciplinary interest in all other MEP trades
- In-depth knowledge of standards, guidelines, and new developments in the MEP field
- Fluent German and English skills both written and spoken
- Excellent command of Pack Office: Word, Excel, PowerPoint
- Willingness to travel within Austria
