Job Summary

Required Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in MEP engineering in construction or general contracting
- Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Plumbing Engineering
- OSHA 10 required
- Knowledge of mechanical, electrical, and plumbing design and operation principles
- Understanding of construction schedules and ability to sequence MEP tasks
- Skilled in identifying installation issues and implementing corrective actions
Desired Qualifications
- Professional Engineer (PE) License
- Familiar with MEP modeling software (AutoCAD MEP, Revit, Navisworks)
- Proficiency in construction software (Revit, AutoCAD, Bluebeam, Navisworks)
- Working knowledge of applicable building codes and standards (NEC, ASHRAE, NFPA, IPC)
