(MEP/CSA) Senior Cost Manager (Semi-Con Manufacturing/Industrial)

Job Summary
Oversee cost governance and lifecycle management for large-scale manufacturing and industrial projects, including facility expansions, process line installations, and cleanroom upgrades. Lead cross-functional teams to drive estimating, cost planning, and ownership of final cost plans while preparing monthly post-contract reports for senior stakeholders. Challenge project scopes and budget assumptions to maximize value, implement integrated controls across schedule, cost, risk, and change management, and lead commercial negotiations and contract administration. Mentor team members, resolve stakeholder conflicts, and coordinate billing cycles with finance partners. Requires 10+ years in industrial cost management, proficiency in Cost-X, and strong leadership to deliver financial discipline in complex environments.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Quantity Surveying, Cost Management, Engineering, Construction, or a related discipline
- Minimum 10 years' experience in cost management within construction, industrial, or manufacturing projects
- Strong leadership abilities and proven experience guiding project teams
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills with the ability to influence at all levels
- Experience working directly with clients in advisory, cost engineering, and value management capacities
- Proficiency in Cost-X or equivalent cost estimation platforms
- Strong business acumen, able to balance technical, financial, and commercial considerations in complex industrial projects
