Job Summary
Lead multidisciplinary cost management for data-centre projects, overseeing cost planning and control, cost reporting, value engineering, and life-cycle costing; present final cost revisions and reports to clients, drive commercial negotiations and contract administration, and manage invoicing processes. Responsibilities include developing robust cost management structures, coordinating with construction and design teams to meet deadlines, mentoring team members, assisting in recruitment, and maintaining client relationships to deliver value for projects.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Cost Management, Quantity Surveying, Construction, Engineering, or a related field
- Minimum 7 years’ experience in cost management
- Proficiency in Cost-X or equivalent cost estimation software
- Native-level and Business-level proficiency in English
