MEP Cost Manager (m/f/d) - Data Centers

MEP Cost Manager (m/f/d) for Data Centre projects in Berlin. Responsibilities include pre- and post-contract cost estimates, procurement and tendering, contract administration, handling variations and final accounts; feasibility studies; cost planning and presenting final cost plans; tendering and procurement management including pre-qualification, tender lists, preliminaries, tender analysis, and contractual documents; ensuring timely and accurate cost checks and valuations; producing monthly post-contract cost reports and presenting to the client; interfacing with clients and consultants; managing post-contract cost variances and change control; conducting cost risk analysis and contributing to value engineering; maintaining feedback and learning on cost estimating; technical knowledge of Data Centre or related facility asset types; experience in MEP construction across industrial, pharma, manufacturing and/or Mission Critical sectors; familiarity with multiple estimating tools and databases; strong spreadsheets; collaborative with clients and stakeholders; excellent German and English communication; availability for full-time on-site work.
