Job Summary
Coordinate HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and fire protection systems by developing installation sequences, establishing milestones, and managing testing schedules for multiple subcontractors. Review shop drawings and submittals for contract compliance, scope coordination, and space conflicts among trades. Assist in preparing preliminary estimates, schedules, and subcontractor proposals while monitoring on-site work for compliance. Participate in weekly subcontractor meetings, inspect off-site materials, and review change orders and payment requests. Develop relationships with building inspectors and make recommendations on subcontractor performance.
Required Qualifications
- Degree in construction or engineering or equivalent experience
- Technical background in electrical/mechanical trades
- Knowledge of OSHA laws
- Contractual background
- Effective English verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to identify, address and solve jobsite problems
- Knowledge of craft labor assignments
Desired Qualifications
- Healthcare (HCAi) project experience is preferred
