MEP Coordinator, Mechanical - Stargate

Oversee field execution of cooling and mechanical systems for a data-center infrastructure project. Manage installation of chilled-water systems, MCUPs, CDUs, TES tanks, pumps, valves, and piping; supervise ductwork, air-handling, and hydronic systems for design compliance and constructability; coordinate with electrical, controls, and commissioning teams; review submittals, track equipment deliveries, support inspections, and conduct field QA/QC, punch-list, and turnover activities; support startup and turnover documentation with the commissioning team; maintain as-built information and report progress against schedule milestones. Requires 8+ years of experience in mechanical systems on data center or industrial projects; deep knowledge of chilled-water and heat-rejection systems, fluid dynamics, and controls integration; strong communication across trades and hands-on problem-solving in a field environment.
