MEP Coordinator

Coordinate MEP services with architectural and structural components, ensuring proper clash detection and resolution using BIM or CAD tools. Organize coordination meetings with consultants, contractors, and stakeholders, while reviewing design and shop drawings for accuracy and compliance. Monitor site installations, inspect materials, and oversee testing, commissioning, and inspections to ensure systems function correctly before handover. Prepare as-built drawings, operation & maintenance manuals, and final inspection approvals. Track project progress, report delays, and maintain records of all approvals and correspondence.
