Job Summary
Coordinate all MEP services including HVAC, Plumbing, Electrical, Fire Fighting, and ELV for high-rise, commercial, residential, and villa projects. Review IFC drawings, shop drawings, coordination drawings, and BIM models to identify clashes between MEP services and structural or architectural elements. Conduct regular site inspections and coordination meetings with subcontractors, consultants, and main contractors to resolve issues and ensure installations comply with approved drawings and UAE authority requirements. Monitor progress to meet project schedules and support preparation of as-built drawings.
