Job Summary
Design and analyze HVAC systems and building systems, developing conceptual options and performing existing system analysis. Produce construction documents for plumbing systems, including waste/vent, water, and gas piping. Support the construction administration phase by preparing engineering reports and conducting life cycle cost analysis alongside field surveys. This role requires a PE license with in-depth knowledge of HVAC and plumbing details, including forensic and construction defect analysis. Travel is required.
