Job Summary
MEP Consultant role focusing on HVAC and plumbing design for major projects. Responsibilities include designing HVAC systems and building systems, developing options and performing existing system analysis, designing and producing construction documents for plumbing (waste/vent, water, gas piping), supporting construction administration and preparing engineering reports, performing life cycle cost analysis and field surveys for HVAC design. Requires a PE license, deep HVAC/plumbing knowledge, experience with forensic/construction defect analysis, and willingness to travel. Required Qualifications
- PE license
