MEP Construction Project Manager

MEP Construction Project Manager for Data Center conversions in Fort Collins, CO. The role leads the delivery of critical facilities projects, coordinating contractors/vendors, ensuring on-budget/on-time delivery, and upholding company design standards. Responsibilities include maintaining day-to-day liaison with contractors, managing multiple project facets, creating/managing project schedules and plans, handling change orders and budgets, assisting with reporting and RFPs, delivering Built-to-Suit projects with value engineering emphasis, driving standardization across project participants, managing contract finances, representing the company in project meetings, acting as liaison with department managers, and maintaining project logs. Qualifications emphasize experience managing data center construction as Owner or GC, familiarity with converting buildings into data centers, managing large budgets (>$200M), 5-10 years of relevant experience, client-facing skills, understanding building-system design for data centers, strong communication and independent-work ability, weekly travel to project sites, and strong admin and software skills (MS Project, Excel, Primavera P6, AutoCAD).
