Job Summary
MEP BIM Engineer responsible for creating and coordinating fully integrated MEP models using Revit & Navisworks, leading coordination workshops, and ensuring clash-free, buildable solutions. Manage CDE with version control and data history; support offsite prefabrication with fabrication-ready models (LOD500) and construction drawing packs; update models during construction with redlines and site markups; produce as-installed models for commissioning and handover; drive decarbonisation efforts through BIM data, tracking embodied carbon, material selections, and energy strategies..role collaborates closely with design, fabrication, site teams, and consultants to deliver coordinated, sustainable BIM solutions in a Solihull/Birmingham-based onsite setting.
