Job Summary
Conduct field inspections, progress updates, and equipment inspections while assisting with document control and vendor coordination. Support the equipment startup and commissioning process, including managing pretesting, third-party commissioning activities, and closeout documentation. Maintain adherence to safety standards, assist in bidding trades, and ensure required documentation is filed. Collaborate with the project superintendent and site operations team to develop critical path schedules, track construction activities, and resolve MEP issues. Review submittals, coordinate equipment deliveries, and manage quality control for MEP systems construction.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma
- Willingness to travel

- Four-year degree from an accredited university with a concentration in construction, engineering, or business
- 2-5 years' experience in commercial construction
- Experience with a commercial general contractor
