Job Summary
Define and support project success criteria for time, cost, quality, and performance while developing detailed project plans and schedules. Monitor project finances against budgetary targets with the quantity surveyor team and manage change control processes with proper documentation. Lead cross-functional teams, facilitate stakeholder communication, and prepare formal progress reports while ensuring compliance with safety, health, and environmental standards. Act as the key point of contact for clients and consultants throughout all project stages.
Required Qualifications
- Degree in Construction, Project Management, or a related discipline
- Minimum 5 years' experience in managing semiconductor / industrial projects
- Strong knowledge of project management concepts, tools, and techniques
- Proven experience leading small to medium-sized construction projects of low to medium complexity
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment and meet tight deadlines
- Strong communication and leadership skills
- Fluency in English
