Assistant Project Manager – MEP role focusing on coordinating MEP systems throughout design and construction, managing procurement, budgets, schedules, and QA; requires strong communication, design coordination, BIM/VDC involvement, and supervision of engineers and interns; healthcare experience preferred; uses tools like Procore, Revit, Navisworks, Bluebeam, and Excel; located in Dallas area with in-person collaboration on construction sites and with subcontractors.
Required Qualifications
- College graduate with a relevant degree in Construction Management, Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Architectural Engineering, or equivalent experience
- 5+ years of relevant construction, MEP coordination, commissioning, or project management experience
- Strong understanding of mechanical, electrical, plumbing, fire protection, and building systems
- Experience using Excel, Procore, Bluebeam, CMiC, Revit, Navisworks, BIM 360, Synchro, and other construction technologies is preferred
- Experience coordinating MEP trade partners and managing design and construction documentation
- Healthcare experience is strongly preferred
