Mentor Teacher Supervisor (Early Childhood Education)

Lead instructional leadership and supervision for classroom teaching staff by conducting regular observations using CLASS and environmental rating scales, providing individualized coaching cycles, and developing teachers' capacity through reflective supervision. Review lesson plans and child assessment data to ensure intentional, culturally responsive instruction while monitoring curriculum implementation and required teacher-child ratios. Coordinate referrals and follow-up services for children with developmental, behavioral, or special education needs by collaborating with families, specialists, and community partners in multidisciplinary meetings. Maintain compliance with Head Start Performance Standards, Nebraska licensing regulations, and organizational policies by preparing required reports and documentation. Supervise assigned instructional personnel through performance evaluations and professional growth plans, while participating in hiring activities and interdisciplinary planning meetings to drive continuous quality improvement.
