Mentor Teacher (One Year Only)

Plan daily instruction using curriculum guides, deliver lessons, and assess student progress through tests and homework. Manage classroom behavior, submit grades every nine weeks, and coordinate with parents via conferences. Assist the Master Teacher by leading professional development, conducting peer observations, modeling lessons, and coaching staff. Fulfill supervision duties during school events, recess, and before/after hours. Complete administrative paperwork, maintain student records, and attend faculty meetings, IEPs, and school board functions. Support PTA activities and attend up to 15 athletic events annually.
