Job Summary
Mentor Recruiter with Sevita seeks to build and manage a pipeline of mentors (adult foster families) through strategic recruitment, home-study evaluations, and targeted campaigns. Responsibilities include managing recruitment strategy, conducting screenings and home visits, attending events and job fairs, raising community awareness, maintaining records and budgets, coordinating with program staff on client matches, and designing recruitment materials. Requires communication and marketing skills, ability to travel, and experience with CRM systems; role focuses on recruitment and program support within a mission-driven, community-based health care setting.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in human services, marketing, or business preferred
- three years related experience
- Current driver’s license, car registration and auto insurance
- Current CPR/First Aid Certification as required by state
