Job Summary
Build and enhance an active network of qualified adult foster families through strategic recruitment, cold calling, and informational screening. Conduct home study evaluations, including psychosocial assessments, background checks, and medical examinations, while managing the recruitment strategy and process for the assigned area. Develop recruiting tracking tools, design new campaigns, and maintain allocated marketing budgets to continuously attract Mentors. Screen potential candidates following Network and State licensing guidelines, compile application packets, and report on pipeline statistics. Represent the company at job fairs and community events to raise awareness, utilizing a CRM system for customer tracking. Bachelor's degree in human services, marketing, or business preferred with three years related experience; current driver's license and CPR/First Aid certification required. Travel required as needed.
