Job Summary
Provide individualised mentorship to parents, offering support and guidance on various parenting challenges while assisting carers to overcome barriers and achieve employment or educational goals. Facilitate workshops and group sessions on relevant topics, develop engaging educational materials, and foster a safe environment for peer learning. Collaborate with community organisations to enhance program offerings and monitor effectiveness for continuous improvement. This full-time role in Toowoomba requires a candidate with lived parenting experience, strong communication skills, and relevant qualifications in education or social services.

Desired Qualifications
