Job Summary
Mentor provides face-to-face weekly sessions with clients, conducts home visits, assists in medication counts, life-skills support (resume building, scheduling, budgeting, organizing, goal setting and tracking, job support, personal accountability and follow through), and engages in recovery-related activities (exercise, meditation, grocery shopping, 12-step meetings, community development). Responsibilities include phone support, maintaining ongoing communication with the case manager, and timely documentation of all sessions and interactions. Must have a valid driver's license and be willing to transport clients if/when needed. Hours can fluctuate due to client demand and coverage needs; this is a part-time, on-call, as-needed W-2 position.
