Job Summary
Conduct formal assistance for beginning teachers through classroom observations, follow-up conferences on teaching techniques and management, and help resolve problems regarding student relationships. Assist with identifying goals and objectives while supporting self-evaluation of the intern teacher. Participate in monthly support team meetings, maintain a log book, and provide ongoing support to new employees. Complete required training and hold a master's degree or advanced training in teacher effectiveness. Apply by the 4:00pm deadline for the 2026-27 school year.
Required Qualifications
- Five (5) Years Teaching Experience
- Must Participate In Training Program
- Master's Degree And/Or Previous Advanced Training In Teacher Effectiveness
- Willingness To Assist New Teachers And Perform Assigned Responsibilities Such As: Regular Observations/Conferences, Attendance At Monthly Support Team Meetings, Completion Of A Log Book, Ongoing Support And Assistance To New Employee, Same Programmatic Level As Intern And Same Building Location If Possible
