Job Summary
Mentor for Employment Programs providing coaching, mentoring and effective case management to job seekers; responsible for monitoring progress and KPIs, lead generation, and delivering tailored guidance. Facilitates groups, communicates effectively with leaders and teams, and maintains accurate administrative and reporting duties. Role based in Woodridge, Queensland, Australia, and conducted in-person. Requires a C Class Driver’s Licence, Blue Card, and police check; supports diverse communities and aims to achieve meaningful employment outcomes.
Required Qualifications
- Current C Class Driver’s Licence
- Blue Card (or ability to obtain quickly)
- Current police check (or willingness to undertake)
- Ability to work with Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander communities
- Strong communication and collaboration skills
- Experience in case management and employment programs

- You hold a current C Class Driver’s Licence and a valid Blue Card (or can obtain one quickly)
- Have a current police check (or willing to undertake one)
- Strong cultural understanding and work respectfully with Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander communities
- Clear, empathetic and confident communication building rapport with diverse participants
- Ability to collaborate easily with others and contribute positively to a culturally safe, supportive team
