Job Summary
Conduct high-quality cutting services including clipper cuts, fades, and texturizing while maximizing retail opportunities through chair education. Collaborate with shop leadership on Barber recruitment, retention, and training, and execute national promotions and campaigns. Manage weekly and monthly reporting for sales, KPIs, and payroll, maintaining exceptional customer service in a fast-paced environment. Requires Journeyman-certified skills, adaptability, and flexibility for shift work. Full-time role with a $2000 signing bonus, tiered performance-based pay starting at $21/hour, and benefits after six months.
Required Qualifications
- Journeyman-certified Barber or Hair Stylist
- in the process of completing your Apprenticeship
- Exceptional Customer Service Skills
- Adaptability to a Fast-paced Environment
- In-depth Industry Knowledge and Trend Awareness
- Excellent Communication Skills
- Flexibility for Shift Work
- consistent high-quality technical skill in all areas of cutting including, but not limited to, clipper cuts with fades, natural necklines, texturizing, and customization to client needs and hair type
- Exceptional time-management skills and ability to juggle competing priorities
- Work collaboratively as part of the shop leadership team
- Participate in Barber recruitment, retention, training and management
- Retail and Sales education with all team members
- Weekly and monthly reporting requirements (Sales, KPI's, Payroll, etc.)
- Execute National Promotions and Campaigns
