Job Summary

The Mental Health Worker I/II/III role focuses on the supervision and treatment of at-risk youth by providing behavioral coaching, crisis intervention, and support during therapy sessions. Candidates must have relevant education and experience in mental health settings, demonstrating skills in facilitating group activities and crisis management. Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor of Arts or Sciences Degree in a related field
  • Valid Child Development Training Permit, Vocational Training Certificate, or completed 12 semester units of Early Childhood education with youth experience
  • 1 year of experience in similar roles

Desired Qualifications

  • Bilingual in Spanish is preferred
  • Certified in Therapeutic Crisis Intervention (TCI), Life Skills Crisis Intervention (LSCI), and Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation (CPR)
  • Strong organizational, communication and leadership skills
  • Ability to motivate
