Job Summary
Support youth in crisis through close collaboration with a multidisciplinary team, providing supervision and support during both awake and sleeping hours while facilitating a comfortable community alternative for inpatient adolescents. Deliver crisis stabilization, clinical consultation, and individual treatment planning in a small, safe setting within the Hospital Diversion Program of NFI Vermont. This short-term inpatient facility serves adolescents experiencing acute psychiatric needs, offering a trauma-informed environment for stabilization and recovery.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of experience working with youth and/or adolescents
- Bachelor's degree in psychology, social work, or related field
