Job Summary
Plan and provide recovery activities for patients, encouraging their responsibility in social, recreational, and leisure pursuits within a safe, clean, controlled environment. Deliver crisis intervention and prevention techniques while communicating clearly in English both orally and in writing. Organize, prioritize, and manage multiple projects to ensure tasks are completed. Requires a BA/BS in Psychology or Social Work, AHA accredited BLS, and 2–4 years of related experience. Schedule is 7:00 am to 3:30 pm. Join Hudson Regional Health's unified network delivering modern, patient-first care across four hospitals in Hudson County.
Required Qualifications
- BA/BS in Psychology, Social Work or related field
- 2 – 4 years related experience
- Ability to communicate clearly in English both orally and in writing
- Knowledge of crisis intervention & prevention techniques
- Ability to organize, prioritize & manage multiple projects and follow through to ensure tasks are complete
- 7:00 am - 3:30 pm
Desired Qualifications
- AHA accredited BLS (Basic Life Support)
