Mental Health Worker - FT - Day/Eve - Sharon

Direct and indirect patient care under RN or physician direction, including personal care, emotional support, and complex clinical skills. Perform morning and evening care such as bed baths, oral hygiene, and linen changes. Assist with admissions, discharge, transfers, and patient positioning or ambulation. Monitor vital signs, perform safety checks, and respond to call lights. Document care and report pain, condition changes, or safety risks to supervising staff. Maintain sterile techniques and infection control protocols while optimizing patient safety.
