Job Summary
Conduct biopsychosocial assessments to evaluate client and family dynamics, then provide intensive therapy services for children and adolescents with social, emotional, and behavioral disorders across home, school, and community settings. Develop measurable treatment goals, monitor service provision through case management, and deliver crisis intervention or stabilization as needed. Provide information and referral services to ensure families access quality resources while maintaining accurate case progress notes and handling administrative duties including billing and documentation. Meet program productivity expectations and complete all required training, supervision, and staff meetings.
