Job Summary
Provide direct patient care in the Adult Crisis Stabilization Unit under the direction of a professional nurse; participate in planning and evaluation of patient needs based on patient behaviors; assist in maintaining a safe and therapeutic environment according to established policies; work 7am-3pm or 3pm-11:30pm with 24 hours weekly, including every other weekend and holidays; HS diploma/GED required with pursuit of Human Services or psychiatric-related degree preferred; prior direct care experience preferred; orientation follows first day of employment.
Required Qualifications
- HS Diploma/GED
- Pursuit of Human Services or Psychiatric related degree preferred
- Past direct care or related experience strongly preferred
- Must be available to work every other weekend (Saturday & Sunday)
- All new clinical staff will begin their extended clinical orientation/training immediately following your first day of employment
