Job Summary
Oversee end-to-end patient flow across Mental Health services, optimizing intake, scheduling, and revenue cycle readiness to reduce delays and improve access. Directly supervise Intake Coordinators, Scheduling Specialists, and Access Coordinators, managing staffing models, performance evaluations, and workforce planning. Monitor provider capacity, referral conversion metrics, and operational dashboards to identify bottlenecks and implement scalable workflow improvements using Lean principles. Partner with clinical and administrative leaders to ensure seamless care transitions and compliance with HIPAA and payer requirements.
Required Qualifications
- Bilingual
- Bachelor's degree in Healthcare Administration, Business Administration, Public Health, Psychology, or a related field (or equivalent experience)
- 3–5 years of healthcare operations or patient access experience
- 2+ years of leadership or supervisory experience
- Experience with mental health
- Strong knowledge of scheduling workflows and patient access management
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and reporting tools
- Experience with electronic health record (EHR) systems
