Job Summary
Oversee end-to-end patient flow across Mental Health services, managing intake, scheduling, provider capacity, and revenue cycle readiness to maximize access and reduce care delays. Directly supervise Intake Coordinators, Scheduling Specialists, and Access Coordinators while developing staffing models, conducting performance evaluations, and implementing Lean process improvements. Monitor key operational dashboards, analyze conversion metrics, and lead workflow standardization to ensure timely, high-quality care throughout the treatment journey. Partner with clinical and administrative leaders to optimize provider utilization and support service expansion planning.
Required Qualifications
- Bilingual
- Bachelor's degree in Healthcare Administration, Business Administration, Public Health, Psychology, or a related field (or equivalent experience)
- 3–5 years of healthcare operations or patient access experience
- 2+ years of leadership or supervisory experience
- Experience with mental health
- Strong knowledge of scheduling workflows and patient access management
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and reporting tools
- Experience with electronic health record (EHR) systems
