Mental Health Therapist - Woodstock

As a Mental Health Therapist at Trio Health Partners, you will be the primary clinical therapy provider for in-house mental health services at a Skilled Nursing Facility. You’ll build meaningful relationships with residents, families, and facility staff while integrating behavioral and physical healthcare. Key responsibilities include conducting initial assessments and ongoing psychotherapy to address mental health issues, managing a caseload with a minimum of 5 therapy hours daily, collaborating with an interdisciplinary team to meet residents’ emotional, social, and psychological needs, and ensuring compliance with documentation requirements including Medicare and commercial insurance plans. We offer flexible full-time hours (Monday–Friday) with no nights, weekends, or on-call, competitive compensation ($70,000–$100,000 based on experience) with monthly bonus opportunities, and comprehensive benefits including healthcare, 401(k), PTO, and licensure/ CME supports.
