Job Summary
Two Chairs is hiring for a Mental Health Therapist to deliver remote, evidence-based therapy to adults (18+), utilizing modalities such as CBT, DBT, ACT, MBCT, TLDP, IPT, EFT, and MI. The role involves maintaining an ongoing therapy caseload (approx. 25 ongoing sessions weekly, 29 scheduled), using measurement-based care tools to track progress, and documenting in HIPAA-compliant EMR systems. Collaboration with other providers, participation in weekly case consultation and monthly wellness/professional development activities, and adherence to licensure requirements (LICSW/LMFT/LMHC or Psychologist with WA license) are required. Cross-licensure willingness, teletherapy experience, EHR proficiency, and a minimum of 2+ years of licensure in adults are expected. Schedule options include five weekdays between 8am and 7pm PST. Total compensation includes zone-based salary ranges with possible quarterly incentives, plus comprehensive benefits and licensure reimbursement. Zone-based salaries listed: Zone 1 (NYC, SF) $87,700–$109,500; Zone 2 (WA, Portland, Boston, Chicago, DC, NJ, all other CA) $81,400–$101,100; Zone 3 (Austin, Dallas, Houston) $64,600–$81,700; Zone 4 (all other Texas locations) $61,300–$77,600. Required Qualifications
- Active license and in good standing as a LICSW, LMFT, LMHC, or Psychologist (PhD or PsyD) in Washington
- Willing to become licensed in other states (cross-licensure)
- Caseload of ~25 attended ongoing therapy and consult sessions per week (minimum 29 per week)
- Teletherapy experience (at least six months)
- Experience with Electronic Health Records (EHR) systems
- Proficiency with clinical assessments (e.g., PHQ-9) to track client progress
- 2+ years of active and unrestricted licensure in Texas (per posting) and experience with adults (18+)
- Ability to schedule 8am-7pm PST, Monday–Friday, five days a week
- HIPAA-compliant documentation and EMR workflow
- Option to use AI-assisted tools

- Licensure in WA or cross-state licensure willingness
- Entrenchment in evidence-based modalities (CBT, DBT, ACT, MBCT, TLDP, IPT, EFT, MI)
- Annual salary range depends on place of residence, licensure level (Clinician or Clinician II) and location
