Mental Health Therapist - Telehealth (Unrestricted License LISW, LCSW, LMFT, LPCC/LPCMHC- New Mexico)

Job Summary
Lyra Health is expanding access by hiring licensed mental health clinicians to provide Lyra Care Therapy through live video sessions from home or a preferred setting. As a Lyra Care Therapist, you’ll maintain a diverse caseload of clinical needs, assign digital lessons and assessments between sessions, and deliver culturally responsive, evidence-based treatments (e.g., ACT, CBT, CPT, DBT). You will participate in regular clinical consultations, peer reviews, and ongoing training with access to expert support, with remote work available within the US. The role requires a Master’s degree in a clinical track and an unrestricted license (LCSW, LMFT, LPC, PsyD, PhD, or equivalent) without disciplinary action, and prior telehealth experience is preferred. The position emphasizes risk management, teletherapy proficiency, and the use of video tools (e.g., Zoom, Google Meet). Required Qualifications
- Master’s degree from a clinical track (e.g., MSW, MFT, MC, MMHC)
- Unrestricted LCSW, LMFT, LPC, PsyD, PhD, or equivalent license (i.e., able to work independently, without supervision from a licensed supervisor) without current, past, or pending disciplinary action
- Experience and commitment to providing evidence-based treatments (e.g., ACT, CBT, CPT, DBT) and clinical best practices (e.g., measurement based care, promoting skills practice)
- Experience managing risk and responding to clinical crises, as needed
- Experience providing telehealth therapy services in a virtual environment (video and teletherapy) preferred but not required
- Computer and live video tools literacy (e.g., Zoom, Google Meets, DoxyMe, Skype, etc.)
- Experience maintaining a full clinical caseload of adult and/or adolescent clients/week (30 potential bookable calendar spots)
