Job Summary
Mental Health Therapist provides individual and group therapy to clients, assesses mental state, identifies behavioral and emotional patterns, and develops treatment plans using CBT and other techniques. Meets clients per COMAR regulations to provide group and individual therapy, records notes in ICANotes per COMAR regulations, and ensures direct client care while complying with COMAR regulations and HIPAA laws. All other duties as assigned by supervisor.
Required Qualifications
- Master’s Degree in Mental Health
- Active state license (LCPC, LGSW, LGPC, LCSW)
- Excellent problem solving, decision-making, analytical skills
- Verbal and written communication skills
