Mental Health Therapist provides initial assessments and ongoing psychotherapy for residents at a Skilled Nursing Facility, collaborating with an interdisciplinary team to address residents’ emotional, social, and psychological needs. The role involves managing a caseload with a minimum of 5 therapy hours daily, ensuring compliance with Medicare and commercial insurance documentation, and delivering care in a close-to-home setting across multiple SNFs.
