Job Summary
Licensed mental health therapists join SonderMind's network to provide therapy via telehealth or in-person, manage their own practice, and receive referrals. The platform offers streamlined credentialing with insurers, guaranteed bi-weekly pay for completed sessions (including no-shows), referrals and practice support, no membership or service fees, and AI-powered tools to reduce administrative tasks. Must hold a Master's degree or higher and be fully licensed by the State Board to practice independently (e.g., LPC, LCSW, LMFT, LMHC, LCPC, LISW, LP).
