Job Summary
Conduct clinical mental health assessments and screenings for incarcerated individuals, develop and modify individual treatment plans, and provide therapy and crisis intervention. Maintain detailed documentation in healthcare records while ensuring confidentiality and ethical standards are upheld. Collaborate with correctional and healthcare staff to deliver care. Requires a Master's degree in Social Work, Psychology, or related field, current California licensure (LCSW, LPC, LMFT), and minimum two years of clinical experience. Must be at least 21 years old with U.S. work authorization; no visa sponsorship available. Preferred qualifications include experience in correctional or trauma-informed settings and familiarity with EMR systems.
Required Qualifications
