Job Summary
Remote mental health therapist position with BetterHelp. Provide therapy to adults, couples, or teens from a fully remote, home-based setting. Requires a Master’s or Doctorate in Counseling, Psychology, Social Work, or Marriage & Family Therapy and a fully independent license (LCSW, LPC, LMFT, LMHC, etc.), with 3+ years of clinical experience. Therapists maintain autonomy over clinical decisions, choose a flexible schedule, and can work with insurance and cash-pay clients. Benefits include weekly pay, a first-client bonus, a health benefit stipend, free CEU courses, and no overhead or admin burdens. Location is United States remote; residency in the US is required.
Required Qualifications
- 3+ years of mental health counseling experience
- Master’s or Doctorate in Counseling, Psychology, Social Work, or Marriage & Family Therapy
- Fully independent license (LCSW, LPC, LMFT, LMHC, etc.) and can provide therapy without supervision
- Currently residing in the US
