Mental Health Therapist (Provisional or Full Licensure)

Job Summary
Provide outpatient therapy to adults, adolescents, and/or children navigating behavioral health challenges, including assessments, diagnoses, treatment planning, and progress notes, while collaborating with a multidisciplinary care team. Maintain timely documentation in the EMR, uphold licensure, and contribute as a thoughtful, engaged team member. Role supports a flexible schedule (part-time or full-time) with any blend of in-person and remote work, and offers a real multidisciplinary team environment with opportunities for supervision under Tennessee licensure. Location options include hybrid work near Cordova, TN, and nearby communities, with a focus on continuity of care and patient-centered practice.
Required Qualifications
- Master's degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling, Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, or a related field
- Tennessee licensure in good standing (LCSW, LPC-MHSP, or LMFT) — open to provisional licensure under supervision
- Prior experience providing mental health services preferred
- BLS Certification preferred
- Comfortable with EMR systems and standard tech tools
- HIPAA-savvy and committed to ethical, patient-centered practice
