Job Summary
In this PRN role, provide brief, structured psychosocial interventions and evidence-based therapies as part of a collaborative behavioral health team. Partner with primary care providers to deliver whole-patient care, deliver techniques such as Behavioral Activation, Motivational Interviewing, and Solution Focused therapy, and support real-time data-driven patient outcomes. Role is on-site at practices with remote capabilities within the Phoenix area, contributing to an innovative approach to integrated behavioral health care and maintaining licensure-appropriate clinical duties.
Required Qualifications
- Master’s degree in a behavioral health field (social work, counseling, marriage and family therapy, etc.)
- Active license (LAC, LPC, LMSW, LCSW, AMFT, or LMFT) in good standing as ascribed by state and governing body
- Active Arizona Level I Fingerprint Clearance Card
- Technical Aptitude – ability to master multiple systems/applications used across clinics
- Flexibility and adaptability to work at multiple clinics per month
- Proven passion for patient impact and clinical outcomes
- Collaboration dedication to team-based care
- Growth mindset and agility for evolving clinical practice
- Personal agency and accountability in professional duties
