Job Summary
Conduct outpatient behavioral health assessments, develop individualized treatment plans, and deliver evidence-based counseling to individuals, families, and groups. Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to coordinate care, maintain accurate clinical documentation in systems like ISmart and the Electronic Health Record, and build a community referral network. Provide education and training to clients and agencies while adhering to agency standards, CARF policies, and minimum productivity hours. Work Monday through Friday in a supportive environment focused on client-centered recovery and wellness.
Required Qualifications
- Master's degree in a behavioral healthcare field licensable in Iowa
- License as an LMFT, LMHC, LMSW, LISW, or psychologist
- Understanding of Prairie Ridge's mission and the patients we serve
- Proficiency in oral and written communication
- Proficiency in record-keeping
- Technology skills sufficient to use electronic health records
- Ability to frequently lift and move up to 10 pounds
- Close vision and the ability to adjust focus
