Job Summary
Provide outpatient individual and family therapy, conduct culturally sensitive assessments, and develop crisis, safety, relapse prevention, and wellness plans. Collaborate with a clinical team including psychiatrists, nurse practitioners, dietitians, and administrative staff; participate in case consultations, discharge planning, and ongoing documentation and billing to support comprehensive mental health care. Roles emphasize growth toward licensure within a supportive, multidisciplinary environment and ongoing professional development. Required Qualifications
- Master’s degree in Social Work, Counseling, Marriage and Family Counseling, or a related field
- Provisional license per state regulation if required
- Educational background leading to or resulting in professional licensing
- Passionate about mental health and committed to high-quality care
- Ongoing professional development including supervision and continuing education
- Ability to collaborate with a multidisciplinary team
- Strong ethical practice and confidentiality
- Excellent communication skills and ability to build rapport with clients and families
- Ability to manage time and complete documentation efficiently
