Job Summary
Assess client needs and design treatment plans, manage caseloads of eight clients, and conduct individual, group, and family counseling sessions. Monitor client progress, implement case management techniques, and make referrals when needed. Ensure comprehensive psychosocial needs are identified and effectively met in a safe, structured residential environment for adjudicated youth.
Required Qualifications
- Master's degree in clinical or counseling Psychology, Social Work, Counseling, or a related field
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Competent computer skills
