Mental Health Therapist OR Clinical Psychologist (full time)

Job Summary
Conduct diagnostic assessments and treatment planning for mental health and behavioral conditions. Deliver individual, family, and group counseling utilizing evidence-based practices across clinic, telehealth, school, and senior living settings. Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to coordinate patient care with schools, families, primary care, and specialty providers. Maintain electronic documentation and progress notes while serving as a subject matter expert for continuity of care planning. Provide care within scope of practice as outlined by state law, licensing regulations, and SPH policy.
Required Qualifications
- Master's degree in Social Work, Psychology, or Counseling
- Doctoral degree (Ph.D. or Psy.D) in Psychology or a related field recognized by the examining board
- 2 years of experience providing evidence-based treatment as a Licensed mental health provider
- Relevant license: Licensed Clinical Social Worker-LCSW, Licensed Professional Counselor-LPC, Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist-LMFT
- Licensed Psychologist in the state of Wisconsin
- Basic Life Support (BLS) – within 3 months of hire
Desired Qualifications
- 3-5 years of experience providing evidenced-based treatment as a Licensed mental health provider to include some experience working with students/families in a school-based setting
- Experience working with substance use disorders
- Demonstrate comfort and experience working with younger children and possess the ability to provide developmentally appropriate therapeutic interventions within a school-based model of care
